If the Administrator or the Channel Owner made a mistake while placing the ad post, the Advertiser has the right to file a complaint. The list of errors is specified in the Terms of Service, paragraph 2.9.
To file a complaint you need to:
- on the project status page, click the "Complain" button;
- in the pop-up window "Execution error" fill in the field for a detailed description of the error. Important note - do not be lazy, and describe the situation in detail. It affects the correctness of the revisions;
- Press the "Confirm" button.
The channel administrator will receive your complaint and after making the necessary corrections he will send the project back to you for review.
If you notice that the error has not been corrected, re-submit your complaint.
The project will be stopped and sent to the Service Administration for consideration. The money will be held until the final resolution of the disputed situation.
