If there are mistakes in publishing an ad post, the channel owner or administrator is notified about the complaint. The message comes in the notification bot and is duplicated to the e-mail address given during registration on the exchange.
The channel owner can:
- edit the project without deleting it, correcting errors manually. This is allowed if minor corrections are needed;
- republish a corrected project if a critical mistake was made.
Notice! During the correction period, money transfer for the project is suspended by the service until the claims are removed.
If the channel owner does not agree with the complaint, he has the right to cancel the Project.
